Walking in his shadow

When I’m walking in his shadow, he’s the way the truth the life
Since I gave my heart to Jesus, he’s my ruler and my guide
He leads me by still waters, he gives me strength when I’m afraid
When I’m walking in his shadow, he picks me up from day to day

When I’m down and when I’m lonely, and I don’t know what to do
I go walking in his shadow, he makes the way for me come true
He protects me and he guides me from self affliction and my pain
When I’m walking in his shadow, and I know I’m born again
